We collect information needed to schedule picture days, photograph subjects, and fulfill orders. This may include: names, grade or team, and roster details provided by a school, league, or organization; contact details such as email and phone; photographs taken at picture day; and order and payment details, which are processed by our secure ordering platform. When you use this website we may collect basic technical data such as browser type and pages viewed.
We use information to plan and run picture day, match photos to the correct subject, deliver galleries and orders, provide customer support, and communicate about your order or event. Photographs may be used by DLS in our own marketing and promotional materials (for example, sample galleries and social media) unless a school, organization, or parent asks us to opt out.
Online ordering and payment are handled through our secure third-party ordering platform. Payment card details are processed by that platform and its payment providers; DLS does not store full payment card numbers.
We handle student information carefully and in support of the school or organization we work with. We do not sell student or family data to third parties. If your district has specific privacy requirements or agreements, we’re glad to work through them before picture day.
