By using this website or ordering products from DLS Innovations Photography, LLC (“DLS”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
Photo orders are placed through our secure ordering platform. Prices, packages, and shipping options are shown at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order and is processed by the platform’s payment providers.
We work to deliver orders accurately and on time. If part of your order is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right — including reprints at no charge when there is a problem with your order. Retake and make-up opportunities are offered as scheduled with your school or organization.
DLS retains ownership and copyright of the photographs we create. When you purchase a print, package, or digital download, you receive a license to use those images for personal, non-commercial purposes. DLS may use images we create in our own marketing and promotional materials unless you have asked us to opt out.
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of any law. Content on this site is owned by DLS or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
This website and our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, DLS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
